Checkout runs on Stripe, so RSForex Bot never sees or stores your card number. The card is collected now only so the plan can renew — the first charge waits until the trial ends.

Day 30
30 free days, then the first charge
You get full access for 30 days. The first charge happens only when the trial ends — on day 30 — at your plan’s normal monthly price, and monthly after that until you cancel.
One trial
One trial per account
The 30-day trial is one per person, keyed to your card and device. A returning or lapsed account re-subscribes at the normal monthly price, with no second free trial.
After the trial
When you’re charged, and how much
Plans differ only by how many PCs you can run the bot on. The first charge is at the end of the 30-day trial, then the same amount monthly until you cancel.

There is no lock-in. You cancel yourself from the dashboard, and the moment you do, no further charge is taken.

Cancelling stops every future charge
Once you cancel, you are not charged again. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, then the license lapses.
During the trial
Cancel during the trial, pay nothing
Cancel any time before the 30-day trial ends and no charge is ever taken. There is nothing to claim back because nothing was charged.
Past due
If a renewal payment fails
The subscription enters a past-due grace window while Stripe retries the card. If it keeps failing the license is suspended — no new trades open — and your data is kept so you can resume by updating the card.
If the subscription lapses
What happens to your open trades
Whether you cancel, let the license lapse, or a payment fails, the behaviour is the same: the bot opens nothing new, and anything already open keeps the stop and target it already has at your broker.

When a subscription lapses, is cancelled, or is suspended, the executor opens nothing new. New entries simply stop within about a minute.

Open positions keep their stop and target
Any position already open keeps the stop-loss and take-profit already attached to it at your broker — sitting where they were, for you to manage or close.

What is — and isn’t — refundable
You are buying software access, not trading results. That line decides every refund, and it is set before you pay.
Market risk
Trading losses are never refundable
RSForex Bot is software access, not a profit guarantee. Losing trades, losing streaks, and prop-firm challenge outcomes are not grounds for a refund.
Access failures
Verified software-access failures
Refunds are considered only where you paid for access and we could not deliver it — for example, activation is impossible on a supported setup, or a billing error such as a duplicate charge.
How to request
How to request one
Email support from your account email within 14 days of the charge you are disputing, with your masked license key and a description of what failed. Support attempts a fix first.

Approved refunds are issued via Stripe to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of approval.

We only advertise what actually exists. Where an offer is not switched on yet, we say so — and we never promise a number we cannot honour.

Share your referral link from your dashboard. When a friend you referred starts a paid plan, one month of subscription credit is applied to each of you as a Stripe coupon — subscription credit only, never cash or income. Honest status: automatic coupon issuance is Currently in testing; until it is switched on, eligible credits are applied by hand.

- No profit share. RSForex Bot never takes a cut of your trading results and never holds, deposits, or withdraws your funds.
- Payments run through Stripe; we never store your full card number.
- Any tax required by law is shown at checkout. Price changes take effect only at your next renewal and are notified in advance, so you can cancel first.
How billing works — honestly
Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout, and RSForex Bot never stores your full card number. Your subscription buys software access — a license to run the executor on your own MetaTrader 5 account — not account management, not a profit share, and not any trading outcome. We never hold, deposit, or withdraw your funds.
RSForex Bot is trading software, not investment advice. A free trial does not make trading safe: trading gold carries risk, no profit or prop-firm outcome is promised, and you can lose money. Cancelling or lapsing stops new entries but does not close positions that are already open.
