The two builds running today

These version numbers come straight from the source — the desktop app’s build constant and the executor’s version define. When either updates, your dashboard picks it up.

    RSForex desktop app

    The Windows dashboard that activates your license, checks for updates, and reports engine status. It stores your license key encrypted with Windows DPAPI and restores your session silently, so setup is one-time. The current shipping build is v1.7.13.

  2. MT5 executor

    MetaTrader 5 executor

    The compiled expert advisor that attaches to your XAUUSD chart, activates against your license, sends a periodic heartbeat, and — when you enable it — places and manages trades under the settings you selected. It safe-stops new entries when the license lapses and reports every closed trade back to your dashboard. The current shipping build is v1.6.5.

Recent work

What the recent releases changed

We don’t publish a dated release note for every individual build yet — and we’d rather say that than invent a history. These are the themes of recent work, each one enforced in code.

  1. Install

    Install & silent auto-update

    Recent builds install per-user and update themselves in the background, so you stay on the current version without re-running an installer.

  2. Resilience

    Connection resilience

    If the executor cannot reach the server it opens nothing new, and any open position keeps the stop-loss and take-profit already resting at your broker.

  3. Risk controls

    Risk-control enforcement

    The stop-loss requirement, position sizing, and the daily and overall loss floors are enforced before an order is sent — recent work hardened where each check runs.

  4. Validation

    Symbol & spread validation

    Setup validates that your account provides a supported XAUUSD instrument, and new entries are refused when the spread blows past a set threshold.

  5. Telemetry

    Closed-trade telemetry

    Every closed trade — wins and losses — is reported back to your dashboard, so the record you review is the record that happened.

  6. Licensing

    Licensing & kill-switch

    Licenses activate against the platform, and the executor safe-stops new entries within about a minute of a license lapsing or being switched off.

Strategy versions

The strategy is managed centrally — you’re always on the current version

The trading logic isn’t frozen into the copy on your PC; it runs on the platform and improves in one place.

Managed centrally

  • The XAUUSD decision logic runs on the RSForex platform. Your executor asks the server for each decision rather than carrying its own private copy of the strategy.
  • When the managed strategy is updated, every connected account moves to the current version at once — with no reinstall and no per-customer strategy file to maintain.
  • You are always on the current managed strategy version. There is no “old strategy” left running on one machine because someone skipped an update.

Verification roadmap

What we plan to prove — and haven’t yet

Independent verification is the honest bar for any trading product. None of the items below are finished; each is labelled Planned until it is.

    Independent third-party verification

    We plan to publish a performance record verified by an independent third-party service such as Myfxbook or FXBlue, so the numbers are not self-reported. Not yet independently verified.

  2. Out of sample

    Out-of-sample & walk-forward validation

    We plan to validate the strategy on out-of-sample and walk-forward periods it was not tuned on, and publish that methodology alongside the result. Planned.

  3. Live record

    Published live track record

    A live track record — with its date range and full risk context — will be published once enough live history exists. That history is currently being collected; no numbers are shown until it can stand on its own.

Where this stands — honestly

This page lists the versions currently shipping and the themes of recent work. We do not yet publish a dated release note for every individual build, and everything under the verification roadmap is planned — none of it is finished. No performance number appears anywhere on this site until it can be shown with a clear methodology, the date range it covers, and independent verification.
